We Take Care Of All

We are a one-stop-shop for all your construction needs. From the designs and the permits, to shopping for appliances, we’re part of your journey.

We make your vision come to life.

Concept Design &
Construction Cost Estimation

We begin with an on-site meeting, during which we discuss your project with you and learn about your aims and vision. This allows us to give well-informed recommendations about how to best satisfy your requirements. We’ll also talk about your timeline and budget.

Following that, we’ll draft a Design Agreement that outlines the scope of your project. The agreement is signed at this point, and the design cost is collected, which is then applied to your construction contract. We are now prepared to start.

Then let the adventure begin!

Planning and Permits

A Building Permit is your formal permission to begin the construction, demolition, addition or renovation on your property. As part of the Building Permit process, Toronto, GTA , (your city) Building staff must review your plans to ensure they comply with the Ontario Building Code, local Zoning By-laws and other Applicable Law.

We Offer Help With All Permits

Construction Management

Before doing any construction on your project, we’ll visit with you for a Pre-Construction Meeting to review logistics and expectations. We’ll perform a weekly walk-through with you once work has begun, and we’ll ask for your input on the progress so far.

We regard this a crucial step in the process because it is our goal to ensure that we are meeting your expectations and keeping you informed about the progress.

Client Handoff

Once the final payment has been received G | Custom will arrange a meeting as part of the building handover procedure to physically hand over your keys and explain your warranties and the maintenance period of your home. You will need to arrange home insurance prior to your bank releasing the final payment as the builder’s insurance is no longer active.

We make the process simple for you from start to finish.
